franksicons.com you can now upload pictures and make buddy icons from them. The best part of this new upload feature is that you can crop your image and make your buddy icon with only the part of the image you want.

You can now make favicons pixel by pixel with a new
online favicon editor. The editor uses Ajax calls to a Perl script that uses the GD image library. What is a favicon? A favicon is the little 16x16 pixel icon that shows next to the URL and bookmarks in most web browsers.
